We want you to love your BÉIS travel gear, but if it's not the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a small handling fee may apply to returns for a refund, while exchanges remain complimentary.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items with all original tags and dust bags included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
